My client, a leading global design agency that focuses on various areas of marketing (including Print management, POS design and production) are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Director to drive growth and lead opportunities across Asia Pacific.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build a robust Sales Strategy to deliver lndicia's growth objectives in Asia Pacific.
  • To seek out, open and qualify new business opportunities for integrated marketing activation services, across Multi-Channel Delivery, Creative Production and Technology enabled services
  • Attend and lead initial face-to-face meetings supported by appropriate expert specialists from the business where needed.
  • Lead all stages of the sales and conversion process including prospecting, proposals, presentations etc.
  • Drive and collaborate for creation of high quality sales related content and toolkits
  • Lead opportunities for new business through managing the RFI, RFP, pitch processes through to conversion
  • Support the business to ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and your individual and company sales targets achieved from new clients
  • Research and generate opportunities through trade press avoiding the pitch process wherever possible
  • Develop and drive short term tactical campaigns alongside developing longer term strategic sales opportunities
  • Attend events and demonstrate that networking extends our sales pipeline with viable on brand opportunities
  • Attend credential meetings, and prepare thoroughly for creds meetings others are attending, providing presentations and research into client in an agreed format
  • Oversee pipeline and financial reporting so as to provide the necessary management information on performance verses target
  • Develop market and competitor insights to ensure our value proposition remains relevant

Key Requirements 

  • Track record of successful selling to senior managers and C Suite contacts of global brands
  • +10 years experience in leadership sales roles, with regional exposure
  • Prior experience with Print management, POS design and production or Creative design is preferred
  • Established network of clients and connections
  • Full understanding of the BTL marketing agency world
  • Track record of successful selling to senior managers and C Suite contacts of global brands
  • Specific evidence of excelling in sales across the full marketing supply chain
  • Experience in shopper/marketing activation space — retail insights would be highly valued
  • Strong commercial experience of new business, procurement and marketing solution
