Job Description

We have partnered with a unique cross-platform in-game ad solution that supports all gaming platforms including PC, Playstation, and Roblox which have recently won "The Best AdTech Platform".

They are recruiting for a Director of Sales to lead the UK and answer the growing demand for in-game advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key agencies and brands to generate advertising revenues across the new and exciting in-game advertising sector
  • Bring a consultative approach to help educate and build awareness of the brand-new media opportunity within gaming and the metaverse
  • Build and manage a UK sales team with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Director EMEA role with the other regional Sales Director reporting into you
  • Working closely with and reporting to the Global VP of Demand who is also based in the UK

Key Requirements

  • Strong media sales experience within the UK agency landscape
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and hitting targets
  • Well-established contact book across the agency landscape
  • Multi-tasking skills and being comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
