Job Description

One of the front-running cross border payments business' are looking to bolster their ranks with a seasoned relationship manager from within the FX landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • With a focus on deepening client relationships, making outbound and inbound calls, showcasing relevant market insights, hosting client entertainment as well as client meetings.
  • Provide existing and prospective client with support around payment and general queries
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a secure and well rounded service to the clients
  • Work very closely with immediate and wider dealing teams to ensure all trades are compliant and smooth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business to enable a fast and easy transaction process

Key Skills/Requirements

  • At least 2 years exposure within FX
  • Showcase a strong understanding of a 'Customer First' mentality
  • A proven ability to build, develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Show evidence of hitting and exceeding targets on a monthly and annual basis
  • The ability to showcase an in-depth knowledge of the market to prospective and existing clients
  • A strong team player who wants to work towards team and individual targets.
