Our client, a Digital Bank licence contender is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to join its Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Formulate and implement policies and procedures for the Bank
• Provide compliance advisory to stakeholders pertaining to regulatory/licensing matters
• Monitor developments in the regulatory compliance sphere and ensure that the Bank adheres to regulations
• Be the point of contact and escalation for regulatory risk issues 
• Communicate with regulators as and when necessary
• Perform periodic reviews and monitoring for the compliance programme
• Conduct training pertaining to compliance topics for relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements 

• At least 10 years of relevant regulatory compliance and advisory experience within Financial Services/Payments
• Familiarity with Singapore Banking regulations
• Ability to navigate in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and stellar communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
