Our client, a US headquartered specialty chemicals company is looking to fill a Regional Ethics & Compliance Manager role. Reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer based in US, this newly created headcount is given the remit to manage the region’s ethics & compliance programme.
Key Requirements
- To be successful in the role, you will need to comfortable in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority, have high levels of integrity and strong business partnering skills.
- LLB qualification would be a plus. In addition, professional certification in Compliance (i.e. CCEP, CCEP-I, CFE; etc) would be highly advantageous. Prior experience in implementing ethics and compliance programme, conducting investigation, advising in FCPA/anti-briber/anti-corruption and compliance training would be very well regarded.
