Our client business is in the pharmaceuticals industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive e-commerce growth
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in the e-commerce landscape
  • Work closely with e-retailers/platforms to develop and execute a long-term growth strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop overall marketing strategy to support the growth strategy
  • Actively evaluate and improve on the effectiveness of operations and campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI focused analysis
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance closely with marketing team
  • Provide weekly monthly report of analysis and insights
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day performance of the e-commerce platform/s
  • Monitor inventory and listings
  • Ensure e-commerce operations are smoothly executed by the operations team
  • Communicate and collaborate with different internal and external teams in the global headquarters and regional partners to garner support and resources

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Management/Administration
  • Min. 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales preferably in FMCG (personal care) or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience and knowledge in key SEA e-commerce channels
