As a key driver in realising the bank’s digital vision, you will develop and deliver large strategic global digital programmes. You will also develop on the overall governance frameworks of digital programmes, and ensure digital programs are well-integrated to deliver seamless client journeys across channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Spearhead the development and execution of digital programmes while ensuring its global adoption and integration
• Liaise with other technology team and business leaders to identify functional and technical needs to prioritise on needs
• Advise and manage Programme Managers on project pans and ensure the common resource pool is fully utilised
• Drive Digital Governance meetings and circulate Steering Committee papers to ensure consistency and timeliness delivery of digital programmes 

Key Requirements 

• More than 10 years of working experience, with a great exposure in managing large digital program in a leading position
• An advocate of Lean and/or Agile thinking
• Strong stakeholder management in building strong working relationships with C-suites executive and Steering Committees
