One of the newly formed virtual banks is on the lookout for an App focused product owner to join their in house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the VB scene and work at the forefront of the digital banking sector.

You will lead the vision for their app and be responsible for the project management, agile methodologies, and infrastructure to support and deliver it, whilst defining features and roadmaps which insure is successes as a customer centric product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the app project development plan
• Collaborate with the product, CX, IT and Engineering teams to manage timelines and resource allocation
• Implement best practice techniques and tools for project planning and execution.
• Measure key milestones and tract deliverables
• Perform post launch reviews and design and manage metrics for measuring success
• Drive and deliver feature sets to market according to roadmap

Key Requirements :

• Extensive experience working as a project manager handling multiple projects and initiatives
• Previous experience working with app development, launch and release 
• Must have experience leading complex digital products through multiple lifestyles
• Experience working with cross functional teams including UX, CX, Tech and IT
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and implementing these
• Ability to demonstrate capabilities managing time, quality, cost through project management processes and methodologies
• Must be analytically minded and able to use qualitative data to create business cases and communicate these to stakeholders and teams
• Strong stakeholders management
• Ideally have worked in retail banking background but app experience is preferred
• Fluent in English and MANDARIN is a must
