Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the new Cosmetics business by bringing a portfolio of new products to life that transform oral care within the next 6-9 months
• Own the process of expanding the product portfolio: build global supplier relationships, work with our design and R&D teams, and oversee testing of new products
• Create designed, high-quality, and affordable products that the consumers will enjoy daily
• Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our partners and suppliers
• Go beyond the obvious when it comes to building new products. Be creative and resourceful in building outstanding customer experiences
• Build the department and team that will shape new product development
• Take ownership and work closely together with different teams

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of working experience in FMCG, product development, supply chain management or a fast-paced environment such as consulting/ startups
• Are highly structured in your work and can work independently under pressure
• You have an eye for design and building great customer experiences
• Are passionately tuned into SEA consumers and can articulate what makes a great product
• Fluent in both English and Chinese as need to liaise with counter parties who are Chinese speaking
