A big name in ecommerce is looking for a product design lead to join their in house design team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech savvy company at the top of their game. You will be tasked with building out and developing their regional product design team and working on next generation applications and web products.         

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and building team of product designers
• Executing and leading all phases of the design process from initial research through to conceptualization, prototyping, suability testing and implementation
• Managing work streams
• Liaising closely with key stakeholders
• Taking responsibility for the customer experience and insuring it is a seamless and enjoyable process for customers all the way through to check out

Key Requirements]

• Exceptional portfolio which shows extensive experience creating dynamic user experiences,
• Previous experience running design teams
• Solid background in application and web design
• Strong expertise in visual and system design
• 8 plus years experience within UX/Product design
• Ability to travel when required
