We are working with a rapidly scaling B2B Payments Fintech who are transforming the payments solution market. They are looking for a Director of Product to join their team and own and lead on product vision and strategy to drive innovation and improvement across their product offering, specifically with experience working across the Banking space.

You'll work closely with the leadership team as well as other key stakeholders across the business to create and optimise best in class products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market requirements across product and the business.
• Manage and lead the Product team and work closely with other key stakeholders cross functionally.
• Guide onboarding of new clients and manage current partnerships that will help us build new, and enhance existing solutions
• Contribute to the development of product strategy, translating it into use cases, requirements and roadmaps
• Manage product pipeline, drive product development projects, capitalising on cross-functional cooperation
• Drive the development of tailored solutions for their customers
• Build knowledge base, be the go-to product expert and partnership consultant for internal teams

Key Requirements:

• Strong track record and skills working in the banking/fintech/payments space in a director level role
• Expertise in developing and launching payment products, including cross-border solutions
• Extensive experience with Banks and Financial Institutions
• Experience working in start-up/scaleup environments.
• An effective leader and communicator
• Product-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of risk and compliance requirements
