This role is with a growing SaaS company, based in Vietnam (HCMC) and with a presence across South East Asia.

The company is an eCommerce automation solution, providing digital marketing and operations services to large global MNCs looking to launch in South East Asia. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will manage a small team of designers and will work across the 4 squads, both in a hands on design role, and as the voice of design, facing off to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entire product design lifecycle across all products
• Manage the team (3 junior product designers)
• Report to Head of Product and be present in strategic C level meetings, manage stakeholders, solicit feedback
• Create products and visions that clients and users will love
• Establish and lead the product design vision, helping develop a common design language across all systems and applications, establishing a best in class team structure and methodology, and ultimate manage a market leading design team

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience with a strong focus on digital design (web/app)
• Experience in a client driven environment (B2B, Software as a Service, enterprise products)
• Prior experience managing designers would be a plus
• Strong innate creative, design and communication skills
• Proven track record managing and designing the same product through several iterations / lifecycles
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast paced start up environment
• Fluency in English (due to the international client base)
