Key Responsibilities:

A company for good, with exciting growth plans, looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist drive commercial growth for the team:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation through: networking, referrals, and outbound sales
- Handing full sales cycle: from execution through to close, and managing large enterprise accounts where you will be driving repeat business
- Work closely with the leadership group in strategic decision-making, and assisting in the direction of long-term company strategy and
- Mentorship of team members within commercial function
- Previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions to technical decision makers and business leaders
- Experience delivering account growth and account management of enterprise accounts
- Previous experience either within: Hire-train-deploy space, or within a consultancy (professional services preferred)
- Previous mentorship or managerial of junior team members is beneficial, but not essential
