Opportunity to be an early hire within a scaling B-Corp consultancy within the Hire-Train-Deploy space. By increasing social mobility through education, and providing opportunities in high-performance careers.
A company for good, with exciting growth plans, looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist drive commercial growth for the team: 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in lead generation through: networking, referrals, and outbound sales
  • Handing full sales cycle: from execution through to close, and managing large enterprise accounts where you will be driving repeat business
  • Work closely with the leadership group in strategic decision-making, and assisting in the direction of long-term company strategy and 
  • Mentorship of team members within commercial function
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions to technical decision makers and business leaders
  • Experience delivering account growth and account management of enterprise accounts
  • Previous experience either within: Hire-train-deploy space, or within a consultancy (professional services preferred)
  • Previous mentorship or managerial of junior team members is beneficial, but not essential
