Prospects and existing customers generate loads of customer data such as product usage before ever engaging a rep.
Their product will signal actionable opportunities to grow revenue for go-to-market teams by identifying free-to-paid conversion opportunities, upsell opportunities and churn risk. Along the way, they will build an iconic software company that reimagines how Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams engage their customers.
Founders are early employees at a $1bn+ SaaS company who built a version of our product in-house and helped scale the company to hundreds of employees.
- As one of their seasoned founding engineers, you'll own major parts of the tech stack and work directly with the co-founders to realize our vision.
- We'll look to you not only to ship end-to-end functionality (React, Next.js, Airflow, and Flask), but also to play a pivotal role in shaping the technical infrastructure and culture of our engineering organization.
- You'll have the opportunity to grow into either a manager or architect as we scale our customer base, application, and team.
