Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate PR strategy and planning of calendar across all PR touchpoints to build social buzz and meet brand objectives
  • Manage Influencer Community, agreements and signing of contracts
  • Brief Influencers for corporate initiatives, manage their deliverables (online and offline)
  • Manage invitations and RSVP for corporate influencer events
  • Review ROI for Influencers and make recommendations to Brands and deliver on KPI targets
  • Manage corporate communications and support brand to drive more visibility
  • Crisis Management POC
  • Lead Affiliate governance oversight for local Influencer strategies across the Brands. Builds and maintains a database of digital influencers with ROI tracking for use by the Brands
  • Has ownership of digital local market landscaping, competitive benchmarking, and social listening activities
  • Manage overall influencer and media partner relationships

Key Requirements

  • Degree of equivalent in Marketing, Media or Communications
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media, ideally gained at top tier FMCG company or agency
  • Ideal candidate will have operational social media and digital marketing experience gained either in an agency, or in a brand team of a leading CPG company
  • Beauty industry experience
  • Exposure to community-based marketing and e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of web technologies involved in digital and social platforms
  • This is an operational role, which requires someone with a solid understanding of how online communities work/behave in the context of brand conversations
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in managing regional / local stakeholders
