Job Description

I am hiring a Payment Networks Manager for a leading end-to-end payment solution FinTech in the London market. The company is undergoing growth meaning a fast-paced environment, and will report to the Head of Payment Networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for payment providers, payment network compliance, and pricing conditions.

  • Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates, trends, and identifying key drivers

  • Identify opportunities to improve payment process costs

  • Create a strong connection and cooperate daily with other teams within the company (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Fraud and Compliance)

  • Contribute to the payment network by observing the payment market and providing innovation regarding trends

Key Skills/Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience with a payments, fintech, or bank company within Europe with an in-depth knowledge of payments and banking

  • Experience with payment schemes, networks, and banking are essential

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to managing problems

  • Having strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented and results-driven approach

  • Fluency in English, with other languages being a plus
