Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the manufacturing units monthly closings and forecasts, AOP and LE for all of Operations Asia, liaising with local financial accounting and FP&A leads to ensure timely production of information.
  • Analyse business results against Operating Plan, plan updates, and prior year results. Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly. Ensure full compliance with the company's Financial policy.
  • Responsible for the financial analysis of requested investment projects and ensure Capex stay within the approved budget limits
  • Initiate and stimulate cost productivity projects as well as cash improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and compile the Value Creation Plan for Asia region. Present to local and global management teams and implement into AOP process.
  • Implement, apply and test of Internal Controls framework for Operations Asia.
  • Give support on financial impacts and consequences for NPD projects on the Operations network
  • Drive standardization and quality in the finance signature processes such as budget process, capex process, Monthly Management Review process etc
  • Opportunity analysis for synergies in the cluster and translation into specific improvement proposals
  • Actively involved in specific projects to be defined with Global Operations and regional Finance Director, related but not limited to systems roll out, Integration and / or other specific Operations projects

Key Requirements

  • MBA, CA or CPA  equivalent post graduate qualification with relevant operations and CAPEX working experience
  • At least 10 years finance experience, preferably with a FMCG company and manufacturing background
  • Strong ability to influence and inspire across levels, functions and cultures
  • Excellent analytical ability and commercial acumen to create business opportunities for the
