We are recruiting for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their DACH sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with mid-market clients. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through strategic account management, client retention, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role can be based remote EMEA-wide but will competency of the German language to professional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with mid-market clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of expanding existing accounts and acquiring new mid-market clients.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans that outline strategies to achieve growth, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients, and tailor solutions to address client needs.
  • Consultative Sales: Employ a consultative sales approach by understanding client pain points and proposing tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Sales Process: Effectively manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Requirements
  • 3-years experience at achieving, and exceeding, compared to sales quotas in a mid-market segment or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working for a SaaS company, with previous MarTech experience preferred.
  • German language professional competency, and previous experience working with customers in the DACH market preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
