Our client is a fast-growing International Payments Fintech who look to connect small & medium businesses globally. They've created a new Martech Team to transform and build the best in class solutions to enable the best marketing and customer experiences.

They are actively searching a MarTech Product Owner who has a good understanding of Marketing automations & CRM systems to grow and develop the function. There is great professional growth potential as you'll be the first Product hire into the team.


You'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager to discover, design, and develop their marketing Data platforms and Analytics solutions to better market to consumers and communicate with team members.



Agile Product Owner

  • Act as the Product Owner in the Data and Automation Delivery teams
  • Be the coordination point for Data/Automation requirements
  • Co-run agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement and sprint planning alongside delivery leads, data architects, engineers and analysts
  • Find new ways of improving the Data and Automation product lifecycles to deliver the best value to customers


Product champion

  • Be the go-to expert for your product and first-line response for technical Automation/Data queries
  • Represent marketing data and automation systems in wider global initiatives
  • Assist in BI/data visualisation strategy
  • Help define the product vision for marketing reporting and visualisation, e.g. dashboard structure, designs, purpose


Who you are:

  • Agile product management experience for data or automation products/technology
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and best practices, such as ETL pipelines, APIs and data warehousing
  • Experience in building automated capabilities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple channels
  • Understanding of wider automation landscape. Experience of implementing third-party automation applications and integrations
  • Experience with Google marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of BI tools, data visualisation and best practices
  • Able to work across multiple geographic time-zones
