Your Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead growth operations for French Key Account merchants, encompassing sales, marketing planning, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing payment success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal HQ marketing teams and external merchants to develop marketing campaigns tailored to our users. Design communication channels within the Asian wallet’s app and storefronts, alongside media plans.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and collaborate with merchants and HQ marketing teams to refine outcomes.
  • Bolster Business Development sales efforts by comprehending merchant pain points and showcasing our marketing value.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners, including ISO/marketing partners, product teams, and HQ Marketing, to amplify visibility for French merchants and enhance our user journey.
  • Partner with the PR team to spotlight our EMEA presence, particularly regarding partnership launches or merchant initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficient in seamlessly integrating marketing operations, merchant collaborations, and consumer service to elevate transaction volumes.
  • Brings 5+ years of hands-on marketing operations and merchant management experience, with a proven track record of engaging with French merchants, including major brands, retailers, and online shopping platforms.
  • Demonstrates a successful history of conceiving and executing marketing campaigns that yield measurable results.
  • Exhibits the ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve goals.
  • Possesses outstanding time management, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
