Your Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead growth operations for Key Account merchants in the DACH CEE region, encompassing sales, marketing planning, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing payment success rates.
  • Collaborate with both internal HQ marketing teams and external merchants to craft marketing campaigns tailored to our platform's users. Design communication channels within our app and storefronts, in addition to devising media plans.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with merchants and HQ marketing teams to optimize results.
  • Support Business Development sales pitches by understanding merchant pain points and showcasing the value of our marketing channels.
  • Work closely with external partners, including ISO/marketing partners, product teams, and HQ Marketing, to amplify visibility for merchants and enhance the user journey.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to spotlight our presence in the EMEA region, particularly around partnership launches or merchant engagements.
  • Proficiency in integrating marketing operations, merchant collaborations, and consumer services to amplify transaction growth.
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations and merchant management experience, with a proven record of engaging with German merchants, including major brands, retailers, and online platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve goals.
  • Strong time management, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to juggle multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • A background in Marketing or a related field (BS/BA) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, while English proficiency is a plus.
