Key Responsibilities

  • Look after the marketing for business, from accommodation to leasing initiatives
  • Develop the annual marketing strategy in line with company objectives
  • Develop & oversee a marketing budget
  • Focus on the creation and publication of all marketing materials and any campaigns
  • Oversee the preparation of all marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all website content is updated regularly & dynamically
  • Online content marketing & social media development strategies
  • Lead the marketing team to drive the channel strategy
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant department are informed of marketing strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams to create marketing strategy and campaigns that support the company objectives
  • Ensure the customer experience is seamlessly executed
  • Champion the company brand
  • Challenge the company to evolve its marketing approach as it grows
  • Support launch of new brands
    • PR/communications
    • brand roadmaps
    • pre-opening & launch campaigns
    • all onsite marketing collaterals including all guest comms

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Account Management preferably with 2 years leading a team (for managerial position) with an agency and/or hospitality background
  • Excellent communication & decision-making skills
  • Experienced in marketing Strategy form Inbound & Outbound, Digital and Print
  • Proven commercial acumen (P&L, budgets, forecasts & reporting)
  • Project Planning/Management
  • Th ability to creative campaigns
  • Digital marketing experience including strategy & execution
  • Customer experience and insights along with Brand Management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
