Our client, an international renewable energy player (backed by one of the largest private equity fund in the world) is looking to fill a legal counsel role based out of Shanghai. Reporting into the Regional Lead Counsel, this role will be given the mandate to manage all legal matters within the booming China market.

Key Requirements

• You are LLB/LLM qualified and called to the PRC Bar with at least 5 PQE in advising on matters related to either Project Financing, Engineering/Construction and/or Project Development (in renewable energy space). 
• Candidates currently in private practice are welcomed to apply.
• Strong understanding of PRC laws, excellent communication skills (business level proficiency in English) and ability to work independently.
