Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a 6 to 12 months contract with a prominent digital infrastructure company. - Provide legal advice and support across various business units, focusing on real estate, EPC, and M&A transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those related to construction, procurement, and property transactions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and manage potential legal risks associated with the company's operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to support business objectives.
- Manage external legal counsel as needed to ensure alignment with the company's legal strategy.
- Participate in due diligence activities and contribute to the successful completion of corporate transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with min 5 years (candidates with higher PQE welcome to apply) of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in real estate, EPC, and M&A, preferably within the digital infrastructure, technology, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collegial team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to commit to a 6 to 12 months contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
