You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company’s ongoing business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, and business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, such as supply, distribution, partnership, and service contracts.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general legal risk management.
- Support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities.
- Liaise with internal business units to ensure legal alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Manage external counsel as needed and ensure efficient legal processes.
- Provide support on legal matters related to intellectual property, employment, and data protection when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 PQE, with a preference for candidates with more experience.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law, with experience handling a variety of agreements and transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced business environment.
- Prior experience in a multinational or high-growth company is a plus.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
