The Legal team for this investment management company is involved in global matters, and is a key business partner for the current formative stage of the Company’s development. Reporting to the Global Lead counsel, you will work across all business units of the Company on wide ranging matters relating to corporate services, including software licenses, employment-related agreements, insurance agreements, etc; and advising on data protection and litigation matters, amongst others.

You should be a Commonwealth-qualified lawyer, with more than 5 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with some corporate advisory experience to make a seamless transition in-house.
