Key responsibilities

• General corporate commercial support and advise senior management.

• Draft, review, and negotiate project development related contracts such as EPC, PPA, O&M etc.

• Support in corporate transactions and project financing.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions.

Key requirements

• Common law qualified lawyer with at least 2-4 PQE.

• Good proficiency in English, second or third languages well regarded.

• Legal background in EPC or project development work from practice or in-house.

• Experience in M&A/corporate transactions is a plus.

• Adaptable and motivated to grow.
