Head of On-shore Software Development (£150,000 - £170,000)

I am working with an incredibly exciting Med-Tech SAAS business who have just been acquired by a US Med-Tech giant due to huge growth and success over the last few years. They are looking at scaling across all teams, in particular with investment into Software and networking teams, with initial plans on a local level, but long-term to grow off-shore.

Offering their clients, all across the Med-Tech and care industry, a cost efficient yet accurate, intelligent and safety lead platform for compliance and data to be used, updated and stored on.

With a massively ambitious executive outlook, strong and establish development team and autonomy but massive investment from parent company I am looking for an extremely established Head of Development to be able to join and run with the plans of the business.

Offering huge upside, with a brilliant salary, highly regarded business ethics and standards and great flexibility across all aspects of the role, this would be perfect for a current Head of Development who is managing small to medium sized teams looking for a step up in regards to responsibility and exposure to leadership.
