Our client is a well known name in Europe, famed for their B2C eCommerce platform. Now in Asia, they are massively expanding to increase their market share. With Singapore as the APAC hub, they are looking for a

 team of Product Leads to run the product teams across the Customer Support functions on the mobile app. The Product Lead will be responsible for managing roadmaps and driving the technology forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap, lead innovation of the product
• Face off to CTO/CPO 
• Be a subject matter expert on the market
• Manage teams across 3 products
• Liase with tech teams and engineers to create solutions
• Perform aftercare to ensure uptake of the product is successful

Key Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in a product led technology firm
• Significant exposure to Customer Support tech (e.g. Zendesk, etc)
• Significant experience in the role of Product Owner/Manager where the product is a digital/ecommerce B2C offering
• At least 3 years' experience managing people
