This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to join a rapidly scaling Indonesian FinTech. The team is based in Indonesia, the role can be based remotely but the successful candidate will have good knowledge of (and an active interest in) the Indonesian Technology industry.

This PM will be leading a team focused on the platform and internal products (integrations, payment rails, etc). The PM will have direct impact on the success of the entire platform, thereby generating user growth and helping the company transform into a world class payments provider for South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert for the platform and back end products, being the "go to" person for all things product on the back end, helping ensure the success of the entire product portfolio
• Manage the team working as a Product Management expert, helping set up processes and practices that ensure the company's product team is of world class standard. Lead and mentor those more junior in the team, whilst leading by example
• Report to Director & C-suites handle senior conversations, use your knowledge of the product to have genuine impact on the roadmap and wider company direction

Key Requirements

• Several years' experience in Product Management specifically having launched or iterated products to the Indonesia / South East Asia markets
• Some management experience would be a plus (having hired, mentored and led other Product Managers before)
• Prior experience in startups / early stage / fast paced growth environments is a must
• Domain experience in fintech or payments would be a very strong plus
