Our client, a Digital Bank, is looking for a KYC specialist to be part of their pioneering team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Will perform KYC documentation accuracy and completeness checks
  • Follow up with clients on retrieval of data/documents when necessary
  • Involved in managing customer complaints and feedback and ensure that matters are resolved
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to ensure that appropriate measures are adopted
  • Involved in analysing and providing feedback to relevant teams to streamline/improve processes

Key Requirements

  • More than 8 years of prior experience in managing client relations pertaining to complaint handling and KYC processes
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations is a must
