Our client, a Digital Bank, is looking for a KYC specialist to be part of their pioneering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Will perform KYC documentation accuracy and completeness checks
- Follow up with clients on retrieval of data/documents when necessary
- Involved in managing customer complaints and feedback and ensure that matters are resolved
- Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to ensure that appropriate measures are adopted
- Involved in analysing and providing feedback to relevant teams to streamline/improve processes
Key Requirements
- More than 8 years of prior experience in managing client relations pertaining to complaint handling and KYC processes
- Familiarity with local banking regulations is a must
