Our client, a Digital Bank, is looking for a KYC Specialist to be part of their pioneering team.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will perform KYC documentation accuracy and completeness checks, and follow up with clients on retrieval of data/documents when necessary.
• You will also be involved in managing customer complaints and feedback and ensure that matters are resolved.
• You will collaborate with various teams across the organisation to ensure that appropriate measures are adopted.
• You will also be involved in analysing and providing feedback to relevant teams to streamline/improve processes.

Key Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have more than 7 years of prior experience in KYC, with exposure to client outreach and management.
• Familiarity with local banking regulations is a must.
