Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate the legal landscape of new eco-project initiatives and existing site developments.
  • Spearhead due diligence, establish strategic alliances, and handle transactional agreements.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to internal legal standards, project compliance, and policy formulation.
  • Conduct corporate governance, craft guidelines, and manage compliance and integrity matters.
  • Supervise legal communications and coordinate with appointed external legal advisors.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in law from an accredited institution.
  • Qualified to Singapore Bar with at least 1 PQE.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and unwavering ethical judgment.
  • Proactive approach to learning, resourcefulness when answers are not immediately obvious.
  • Goal-oriented with an aptitude for strategic foresight and meticulous execution.
