Key Responsibilities
- Navigate the legal landscape of new eco-project initiatives and existing site developments.
- Spearhead due diligence, establish strategic alliances, and handle transactional agreements.
- Ensure organizational adherence to internal legal standards, project compliance, and policy formulation.
- Conduct corporate governance, craft guidelines, and manage compliance and integrity matters.
- Supervise legal communications and coordinate with appointed external legal advisors.
Key Qualifications
- Degree in law from an accredited institution.
- Qualified to Singapore Bar with at least 1 PQE.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and unwavering ethical judgment.
- Proactive approach to learning, resourcefulness when answers are not immediately obvious.
- Goal-oriented with an aptitude for strategic foresight and meticulous execution.
