As this is a lean team, you will have an opportunity to gain broad exposure to a variety of matters.The team services both government and private sector clients, and is well known for its delivery of excellent results on complex issues.

To be successful you will be Singaporean called, have achieved superior academic results, and have some previous relevant experience in a comparable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of complex TMT/IP contracts
• Provide sound commercial and legal advice to clients when requested
• Network with clients and engage in Business Development when needed
