The Role

Our client is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will help introduce the platform to new customers, working closely with a team of motivated professionals. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by engaging with potential customers.
  • Educate prospects on how the platform can help them improve operations.
  • Assist in demos and discovery calls with support from senior sales team members.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and create new opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and develop new connections.
  • Use CRM to keep track of progress and provide regular updates on your pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to develop sales skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
