My client has a large presence within South East Asia and has grown to have a head count of over 3000 people. They are looking to hire an IT Security Specialist to oversee their Cyber Security Incident Response and work closely with their Managed Security Services Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security incident root cause analysis and ensure implementation of control measures to prevent any re-occurrence
• Be the primary point of contact to their Managed Security Services Partner (MSSP) and respond to any cyber threats and possible intrusions
• Oversee and manage security initiatives and programs to enhance detection and response/recovery capability
• Ensure the MSSP is adhering to Service Level Agreements
• Create various types of reports and present to a varied audience including senior management, IT, non-IT personnel and co-workers
• Stay current on malware, infiltration and investigative techniques, forensics, and the threat environment

Key Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Cyber/Information Security capacity
• Familiar with TCP/IP, anti-malware solutions, intrusions and endpoint detection tools
• Demonstrated experience in Systems and Network Administration
• Vulnerability and security configuration scanning
