Job Description

A large leading fintech business is prioritising the growth of their mid-senior level with the addition of an inside sales manager. The main task of this role is to lead, coach and scale a young sales division towards success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of sales executives and sales associates to create a forecastable sales pipeline and generate opportunities
  • Set an example of all three sales functions:
  • Inbound, Outbound and Full Cycle sales
  • Develop guidebooks that clearly showcase the best practices to building a high-functioning multi-product demand generation product
  • Develop short and long term strategic plan for a high conversion rate of sales

Key Requirements

  • Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • A strategic thinker who is comfortable leading and coaching young ambitious sales professionals
  • A good working professional knowledge of demand generation and a thorough understanding of sales functions and GTM
  • A proven track record of successfully building and coaching sales process and teams
