A large leading fintech business is prioritising the growth of their mid-senior level with the addition of an inside sales manager. The main task of this role is to lead, coach and scale a young sales division towards success.
- Lead and coach a team of sales executives and sales associates to create a forecastable sales pipeline and generate opportunities
- Set an example of all three sales functions:
- Inbound, Outbound and Full Cycle sales
- Develop guidebooks that clearly showcase the best practices to building a high-functioning multi-product demand generation product
- Develop short and long term strategic plan for a high conversion rate of sales
- Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable leading and coaching young ambitious sales professionals
- A good working professional knowledge of demand generation and a thorough understanding of sales functions and GTM
- A proven track record of successfully building and coaching sales process and teams
