Infrastructure Program Manager

Working with a market data and analytics giant, who offer data insights to influence product and advertising launches for the worlds biggest brands. Focussing on the consumer marketplaces, creating unique and rounded understandings of how consumers think act and buy. They are looking to hire a highly significant Infrastructure Program manager to lead the delivery of complex programmes, projects, products and services across multi-functional teams.

Work collaboratively with other delivery leads, Preferred Vendors, Finance and onsite technical support in delivering Technology solutions to support both Infrastructure and End User Technology Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and maintenance of Technology business cases, plans, status reports, CRAID logs for all Projects
• Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning, and feeding into larger programmes and sub-portfolios
• Supporting across Core Infrastructure, Digital workspace and ITSM
• Balance divisional objectives and can redeploy delivery teams and resources as portfolio priorities change
• Remove blockers and manage risks, divisional budgets, and SME delivery teams
• Establish and facilitate relentless improvement by working closely with Transformation team and functions to handle impediments in a timely manner

Requirements:

• PMP or PRINCE2 qualifications (SAFe, e.g.SPC, or other Agile framework certifications)
• Strong history of driving delivery through Agile methods, while coaching and leading teams through continuous challenging and reflection throughout projects.
• Experienced relationship manager with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
• Experience of building and nurturing a small team
• Highly tuned Commercial management, planning, financial management and driving community collaboration
