Job Description

What does the role involve?

 

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and driving initiatives in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. You will work closely with executive leadership to align HR practices with our business objectives and ensure a high-performance culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Learning & Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and development across the APAC region, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and execution of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and compliance with local regulations.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring processes and promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication. Develop and implement policies that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance workforce performance across diverse markets.

 

What experience do you need?

 

  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably in a multi-national environment.
  • Ability to converse fluently in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Strong background in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
  • Excellent understanding of HR best practices and labour laws across the APAC region.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive change and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
