Our client, a global technology ecosystem development platform is looking to fill a newly created HR Lead/Manager role.
Reporting into C-suite/Co-founders, the successful candidate will be part of the leadership team and be given the remit to develop and execute end to end people strategy matters for the whole organization. This is a strategic and broad role which covers the full spectrum of HR topics.
The ideal candidate would be a degree qualified HR Generalist/Business Partner with at least 3 to 5 years of experience ideally gained in both established and well as startup/high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities (at least 7 points)
- Manage full spectrum of HR matters including strategic as well as operational initiatives
- Play the role of a HR business partner and advisor to the C-suite team
- Develop and implement career development, compensation & benefit, and total rewards strategies/plans
- Partner with senior management team to drive employment engagement and organizational wide culture
- Develop and implement learning/training and development plans
- Ensure robust performance measurement, evaluation and improvement framework/plans are in place
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the HR domain and ensure best practices in relevant policies and processes
- Drive end to end talent acquisition activities including but not limited to gathering business requirements, implement hiring strategies, manage full recruitment processes, and prepare annual human capital budget
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified
- At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience gained both in an established as well as high growth/startup companies would be highly regarded
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who can operate independently and in a fast-paced environment
