Job Description
My client, a well-funded Digital Asset Partner, disrupting the Fintech space is seeking a HR Generalist to join their growing team. This is a permanent role and you will be required to attend their London office on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home).

As an HR Generalist for my client, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions. You will work closely with the Head of People to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and programs, fostering a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with our company values. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and/or CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations. Preferably knowledge across UK and Ireland employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in HRIS software (HiBob & Workable), MS Office Suite, and other HR-related tools and platforms
