Job Description

We are working with a Singapore-based agri-commodities tech company in search for a Human Resource and Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end responsibilities including driving HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and talent acquisition
  • Manage employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Administer payroll, employee stock plans, leave, insurance, and all other benefits
  • Coordinate and support the ISO certification/renewal on annual basis
  • Responsible for and the point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Provide travel support which includes handling of travel arrangements, visas and accommodations
  • General upkeep and maintenance of office
  • Provide logistics support for visiting guests
  • Maintain smooth and efficient office operation including the procurement of equipment and supplies
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities and assets tracking

Key Requirements:

  • Huge Plus if you implemented Payroll systems before
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields with at least 3-5 years of experience in HR & admin
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice
  • BONUS if you have done tech recruitment previously
