This fast-growing Start-up logistics software solutions company is now expanding its operations into SEA and as such is look for a Head of Sales to spearhead the sales activities across the regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively drive growth of the Logistics software solutions business in the region, in line with the company strategy
  • Develop, implement and monitor progress of the sales / commercial action plans to achieve sales and profit maximisation
  • Manage client’s unique needs assessment, client processing mapping, and develop quantifiable and value add program recommendations
  • Achieve set revenue target for the Singapore team and acquisition of account
  • Led team to maximise new / existing accounts in various market verticals and developing long term win-win strategic relationships
  • Sharing of client’s requirements and competitor’s intelligence to concerned product and geographical location leaders
  • Response to Tender and take a key lead in coordinating with customer service and operation department to develop customised solutions and tender package
  • Advocate on best practice in sales and strategic account management
  • Map long term relationships with key and target accounts
  • Key products would focus on selling Logistics Tracking System, Transport Software, 3PL Software to name a few

Key Requirements

  • 8 years of senior sales experience in Software sales in logistics industry
  • Extensive Supply Chain and logistics network knowledge
  • Digital / IT understanding, in any of the following, big data, software, machine learning, robotics, blockchain, IoT
  • Experience Senior management with a regional focus 
  • Adept at building strategic customer relationship over the region
  • Good market knowledge and client networking across various market verticals
  • Diploma/ Degree holder
