Job Description:

Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding market presence. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the foreign exchange and cross-border payments industry, and a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, we want to hear from you.   • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including product development and marketing, to drive product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership FX role.
  • Strong knowledge of the foreign exchange and cross-border payments industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using sales CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated.
