Job Description

Head of Sales (EMEA) - London - Remote

An opportunity to join a high growth SaaS company who have recently raised £115 Million in its series C funding round bringing its total funding to £162 million.

Due to its year on year record breaking sales growth they're looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and coach the team of Account Executives within its enterprise business segment to hit and exceed their targets.

You will be reporting into the Senior Director of Sales whilst working closely with the Marketing, Product team to met revenue goals. Being in a senior position you will be leading your team to increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and Manage a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to hit their monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Encourage and implement a winning team culture
  • Work with senior sales leaders to build scalable processes
  • Hire and train new sales development representatives

Key Requirements

  • Over 5 years experience within sales leadership positions
  • Experience working as a sales representative within SaaS
  • Experience building and motivating sales teams growing pipeline and hitting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication skills
