My client is an innovative Singapore based start up with a mission to be the preferred payment card advisor. They are looking for a driven and results oriented Head of Sales to join their team and lead the partnerships space.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the GTM strategy and retail business ecosystem.
- Lead the sales pipeline for the team, develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners.
- Manage a team of three.
- Manage and drive KPI’s and strive to exceed monetization targets.
- Work closely with the other teams including, product, design, marketing and technology.
- Understand user behaviour and psychology to be able to propose new and creative approaches to growth.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must, MBA would be a plus.
- Eight years of business development experience within fintech or payment businesses.
- Strong understanding of technology.
- Analytical and data driven, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Expert multi-tasker.
- 5 years of people management.
