Our client is AI start-up redefining the hiring and recruitment industry is looking for a motivated Head of Sales with a strong track record in B2B Enterprise IT, AI sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on sales leader who will manage their own deals as well as hiring and onboarding others
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Responsibility for building a sales team, including process building and training
  • Build strong relationship with existing & prospective clients to create more business opportunities.
  • Identify the needs and tailor suitable solutions for the clients
  • Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convince prospects to purchase the service
  • Participate in project scoping, quotation and tender application process including design, submission and review
  • Develop industry partnerships to enhance outreach and value proposition
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and cultivate relationships with the accounts
  • Liaising with clients in understanding their challenges and requirements
  • Thinking from client’s perspective, propose solutions to client’s challenges
  • Communicate requirements clearly to internal teams for platform configuration

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven B2B Enterprise sales hunter in B2B SaaS, Start-up or HR Tech sales experience would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills to speak with stakeholders across the accounts
  • At least, 2 years of experience working in a client facing role dealing with enterprise clients in APAC, Europe or North America
  • Willingness to work in different time zones to support growing list of clients across the world
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and passionate team player who is driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial and collaborative sales environment   
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills to employ solutions-based selling
  • Experience within AI industry is an added advantage
  • Strong presentation skills
