Head of Sales - London
We are partnered with a SaaS technology company which provides the ability for businesses to use data more efficiently and be data driven in the decisions they make whether that be about their candidates and/or employees, allowing them to move away from being subjective and become more ethical and use an objective approach.
- Manage the sales team on a day to day basis (1-1's, training session & meetings)
- Directly selling to a worldwide customer base
- Grow the sales team (SDR's & BDM's)
- Work closely with the CCO to improve sales systems, CRM's and lead generation tools.
- Experience as "Head of Sales"
- Over 5 years experience building a sales team
- Proven track record selling to an SME market
