Job Description

Head of Sales - London

We are partnered with a SaaS technology company which provides the ability for businesses to use data more efficiently and be data driven in the decisions they make whether that be about their candidates and/or employees, allowing them to move away from being subjective and become more ethical and use an objective approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team on a day to day basis (1-1's, training session & meetings)
  • Directly selling to a worldwide customer base
  • Grow the sales team (SDR's & BDM's)
  • Work closely with the CCO to improve sales systems, CRM's and lead generation tools.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as "Head of Sales"
  • Over 5 years experience building a sales team
  • Proven track record selling to an SME market
