This role is with a rocket ship FinTech company which is taking Indonesia by storm. Based in Jakarta, the company provides several market leading consumer FinTech products (peer to peer payments, spend management, etc) to users in Indonesia. The role is flexible to be based in Jakarta or Singapore, with both offices 100% WFH for the time being.

They are expanding their leadership team and are looking to bring on more than one Senior Product professional, (either as Head of Product or Principle PM, skillset depending) who will help establish and lead a world class Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities (applicable to the Head of Product role)

• Manage the overall product stream from end to end, leading a team of product & design working in squad formation
• Report to VP of Product and work closely with CEO
• Hire and mentor juniors in the product organisation
• Establish and lead the product vision, helping develop innovative FinTech products from scratch and launching across the Indonesia user base

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience with a strong focus on software product management
• Experience in either B2B or B2C products (the role is flexible based on the candidate)
• Prior experience mentoring or hiring PMs
• Proven track record managing a product through several iterations / lifecycles
• Prior experience in FinTech products, and knowledge of Indonesia markets would both be a strong plus, but not a need
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast paced start up environment
