This is an urgent role for a Senior professional in Product Design to join a rapidly scaling FinTech, based in Jakarta (HQ).

The company is a key player in the FinTech scene in Indonesia, having grown significantly over the past 2 years since launch. This role will manage the entire Design team (around 14 people) and will report to the VP of Product as well as working closely with C levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply a user-centred design approach to create impactful solutions in a cross functional team of designers, product managers, data scientists and software developers

• Lead the full design process hands on: user research, synthesis, concept creation, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design

• Work closely with C levels / business stakeholders to craft roadmaps that meet company vision

• Contribute to product strategy, advocate for the power and value of design

• Hire, inspire, manage and develop a team of product designers

Key Requirements

• Several years (at least 8) of hands on experience in designing and launching digital products

• At least 3 years experience hiring & managing designers

• Core experience in consumer centric (B2C) technology is a must, within Indonesia and within FinTech both being a strong plus

• Excellent understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods

• Strong knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe CS)

• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and coaching skills

• Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
